This application is filed seeking quashment of the order dated 30.07.2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in X-Objection (Stamp) No. 34051/2018 along with Civil Application (Stamp) No. 34052/2018. The learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court had passed conditional order directing the applicants to remove office objections within one week. The present applicants could not remove the office objections within stipulated period and consequently the order took effect and the matter came to be

The learned advocate for the applicants submits that, the applicants are the original claimants. They were not aware of the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). It is only in October 2024 they got the knowledge that their X-Objection is dismissed.

Considering the reasons, delay of 1954 days stands condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) subject to applicants removing office objections within two weeks from today. Subject to removal of office objections, X-Objection stands restored to its original position.

The civil application stands disposed of.
