Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This petition seems to be filed casually without going through the so-called representation. The said representation is absolutely silent about the relief which the petitioner wants. A single line is written that some injustice has been caused with her. Issuing direction to the respondents/authorities is not a mechanical process. Same material before the Court to identify the issue that may be decided to execute.

As usual, on the next day after representation was submitted to respondent/authority, the writ petition is filed. Even no breathing time is given to the authority. This seems not a good practice. The Court should refrain from entertaining the petition.

For the above reasons, the civil application stands dismissed. 5.

No procedure is followed for filing the civil application for the the same relief in a decided matter. For this reason also, the civil application stands dismissed.
