Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent No.1. The respondents No.2 and 3 are absent though served. 3.

Considering the submissions made in the light of unchallenged pleadings and particularly reasons assigned for condonation of delay, I am of the view, the delay deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay condone. The appeal be registered and placed for admission on 17-10-2018. 4.
