The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Revision Petition under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code along with an Application for seeking condonation of delay, is pending with Respondent No.1 since 2020. The proceedings have not been registered and notice has not been issued. 2.

The learned AGP informs us that the Winter State Assembly Session will be commencing tomorrow at Nagpur and would be concluded in two weeks.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.1 to issue notices in the proceedings in the third week of December 2023, returnable on 08.01.2024. The Petitioner can voluntarily appear before Respondent No.1 on 08.01.2024. The Petitioner is at liberty to serve a copy of this order as well as the copy of the proceedings initiated, to Respondent No.4 by Speed Post AD.

Respondent No.1 shall decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible an in any case, on or before 15.03.2024, after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the litigating parties.
