The validation proceeding of the petitioner No. 2 is pending since 2014 and the petitioner No. 1 has recently filed the validation proceeding in July 2019. It is submitted that the petitioner No. 1 is prosecuting studies in the 12th standard and wants to explore the admission to the professional course for the academic year 2020-2021. 2.

Considering the aforesaid exigency, the respondent No. 2 / committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably by 30.04.2020. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 06.12.2019.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
