The present application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent - Laxman Mhasu Tayde. Applicants are stated to be the only legal heirs of deceased Laxman. The application is supported by an affidavit. Death certificate is also placed on record. The application therefore deserves to be allowed. Hence the following order : 1.

Delay caused of 1549 days in filing the present civil application stands concodoned.

Applicants no. 1 and 2 be taken on record as the legal heirs of deceased Laxman.

3.

Necessary amendment be carried out by the acquiring body
