Pursuant to the notice issued to the Respondent, Manisha Vijay Thorve is produced before this Court by Rajdhar Sahebrao Dhage, B.No.612, CIDCO Police Station, Aurangabad. We have seen the statement of victim girl Manisha Vijay Thorve and we have also interacted with her. She clearly stated that the contents of the said statement are written by her and said statement has been signed by her. She is not illegally confined by anybody. Undisputedly, she is major.
