The petitioner has filed this petition, seeking directions to issue permanent order on the post of Assistant Teacher.

The affidavit is filed by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 stating that the Respondent No.3

2 W.P.No.226/17 Management has passed Resolution on 3.2.2018 and decided to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Shikshan Sevak and to forward the proposal to the Respondent No.2.

In view of the affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist.

In case the Respondent No.2 receives the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, the Respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
