A final order has been passed by the Competent Authority, and therefore, there would be no purpose in directing re-calibration of the vehicle of the Petitioner. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has taken instructions from the Petitioner and submits that, the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Writ Petition and prefer a statutory appeal before the appropriate authority along with an application for re-calibration.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions, with liberty which is available in law. Needless to state, all contentions of all the litigating parties are kept open, even with regard to the application for re-calibration.
