Mr Patil, learned Counsel for respondent no.8 states that respondent no.8 is ready to waive his claim of seniority vis-a-vis the petitioner.

The petitioner states that he has already approached the Education Officer under Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service), Rules raising objection to the seniority. Mr Patil, learned Counsel for respondent no.8 submits on instructions that respondent no.8 waives his claim of seniority as against the petitioner.

As the petitioner has already moved the Education Officer under 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, the Education Officer would take decision upon it on its own merits within four months. Mr Salunke, learned Counsel along

W.P.No.13981/2017 with Mr Ronghe, learned Counsel for respondents no.6 and 7 states that the proposal would be forwarded to Education Officer in accordance with law within four weeks.
