Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3.

Mr.Ghute Patil, learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners are teaching 9th and 10th standard. They got B.Ed. qualification, however, the petitioners are not paid the pay-scale applicable to the teachers possessing B.Ed. qualification. Time and again the petitioners have submitted proposals to the Education Officer and the Management, however, no cognizance is taken over the same.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case such proposals are pending, the authority will decide the same on its own merits.

Though the petitioners it appears have moved representations to the Education Officer, the same are of the year 2007, 2008 and 2010. 5.

The petitioners may make fresh comprehensive representation with regard to the grant of pay-scale to the Education Officer. On receipt of the said representation, the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law after considering all the relevant aspects expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of representation. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
