The order dated 22.11.2017 below Exhibit 128 is assailed. The application Exhibit 128 was filed to stay the possession warrant on the ground that writ petition is pending and same is at the stage of hearing. More than one and half year has lapsed thereaftr.

If the writ petition is pending against the order below Exhibit 111, then the petitioners may seek orders in the said writ petition. By passage of time the prayer of petitioners to stay the

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
