On hearing learned Senior Counsel for the respective petitioners for a while, we find the petitioners to have a remedy

under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Thereupon, learned Senior Counsel inform that, the petitioners have lodged reports with the concerned Police Station/s and even copy thereof was given to the Superintendent of Police. Crime has neither been registered nor the petitioners have been informed about what has happened with regard to their report. 2.

We dispose of these petitions, directing the concerned authorities to take call on the reports lodged by the petitioners on its own merits.
