Mr.Chalak, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is appointed as Shikshan Sevak on 1.8.2012. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is forwarded by the Management to the Education Officer, however, the Education Officer has not yet decided the proposal.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 submits that if the proposal is pending then the Education Officer would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.4 Education Officer (Secondary) shall decide the proposal submitted by the Head Master of the Respondent-School seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh.J.) expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within six (6) months. b) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.
