Order :- The learned Tribunal while passing the impugned Award directed to pay 50 % of the compensation amount to the applicant-original claimant No.1 and rest 50 % of the amount of compensation was ordered to be deposited in F.D.R. Account in the name of minor applicants No.2 and 3. Admittedly, the First Appeal filed on behalf of Insurance Company came to be dismissed by this Court. Therefore, the applicants are entitled for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court subject to condition that applicants No. 2 and 3, who were minors at the time of claim petition attained the majority. The learned counsel for applicants seeks accommodation of a week to furnish documents showing the date of birth of applicants No. 2 and 3. In such circumstances, stand over to 27th September, 2017.
