Learned counsel submits that Assistant Charity Commissioner be directed to decide of change reports pending before him since the year 2007.

The petitioners may approach the Assistant Charity Commissioner and make an application for expeditious disposal of all the change reports.

The Assistant Charity Commissioner, shall consider the long pendency of the change reports and take steps to dispose of on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously.
