This matter was heard for some time.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to raise an industrial dispute under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 considering that the Labour Court has concluded in the impugned judgment dated 06.08.2013 that the disputed issues raised by the petitioner can be considered in a reference case. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. As the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 does not prescribe any limitation with regard to raising of an industrial dispute and so also, as the petitioners spent time before the Labour Court from 31.10.2007 and before this Court till the passing of this order, the Conciliation Officer shall consider the dispute raised by the petitioner on its own merits.
