Issue notice to respondents. Mr. S. S. Panale, learned advocate, waives service for the respondent - claimants. 2.
Heard learned advocates for the parties by consent. 3.
Learned AGP refers to the contents of civil applications and submits that under the circumstances referred to therein, delay has been caused.

Though learned advocate Mr. Panale, purports to resist the applications, veracity of the contents has not been overcome by the respondents. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to grant the applications.

As such, civil applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and are disposed of.
