The learned Advocates for the Petitioners, along with Mr. Bondar, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad Latur, jointly submit that in the light of the order dated 29.02.2024, both the Petitioners, who have already retired from service, are held eligible for retiral/pensional benefits and those benefits which have been withheld. Copy of the said communication/order is taken on record and marked "X' for identification.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off since the Petitioners have been held eligible for the benefits for which these Petitions were filed in this Court. 3.

Needless to State, the Zilla Parishad shall calculate the dues to be payable, as well as those dues which were withheld. Wherever the statutory interest is payable, such calculations shall be made and the amount shall be released to these Petitioners, within a period of 90 days.
