At the outset, amongst other objections, learned counsel for contesting respondent has raised objection with regard to the maintainability of the petition on the ground that there is alternate remedy available in the form of second revision before the State Government against order impugned.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file revision before the State Government.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of rival parties are kept specifically open for agitation in second revision, if filed.
