This application is filed for recalling order for restoration of Writ Petition No. 252 of 2008. Though we are not convinced with the reasons stated in the application, however, the petitioner should not suffer due to mistake of advocate. On condition of depositing Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) towards costs to be deposited with High Court Legal Aid Services within four weeks from today, this application is allowed. Subject to depositing the aforesaid costs, the petition shall stand restored to its original file.
