Learned counsel for applicant submits that registration of the second appeal was refused. For non removal of office objections in time, Second Appeal St. No. 23063/2023 came to be dismissed. According to him, since notice was not issued to respondents in this application, they need not be heard.

Learned counsel for applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. In view of this, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Second appeal be restored to its original file. Appellant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within the stipulated
