The petitioner's land has been acquired. The petitioners have filed reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Executions are filed. However, respondents are not paying the compensation amount awarded by the Reference Court. 2.

However, considering the fact that the lands of agriculturists are acquired and that amount of compensation awarded is not much and 1 / 2

O R D E R

Respondents shall pay the amount of compensation as awarded by the Reference Court to the petitioners as and when the funds are available and under any circumstance within six months. Petition is disposed of. No costs.
