1) Heard both the sides. Today learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 produced copy of communication made by respondent No.2 dated 30-3-2016 showing that the impugned communication dated 4-12-2015 is being withdrawn. In view of this circumstance, nothing survives with regard to the order of recovery made against the petitioner.

2 WP 205 of 2016 2) The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that seniority list has been prepared and it will be published for filing objection. Admittedly the petitioner will have right to take objection if he feels aggrieved due to the seniority list and the objection will have to be decided. If the authority decides against the petitioner on seniority list, further steps will follow. In view of that statement it will be open to the petitioner to come to this Court again. With these observations the petition is disposed of.
