The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause B and C as under :- "B. It is further submitted that there are facilities like school, electricity, Grampanchayat office etc. are available and population of village is more than 2000 but Ld.L.A.O. has not considered all these aspects and awarded the very less compensation which is highly inadequate and insufficient.

C. The reference court has partly allowed and enhanced the compensation but till today inspite of making several requests and representations the Respondents have not paid any consideration of the acquiring land of the petitioner, even in the Spl.Dr.No.145/1995 the khs/Jan.2024/15400

- 2 - Ld.Civil Court Senior Division, Latur has issued warrant many times against the Respondent No.1 has intentionally, willfully disobedience the judgment and decree of the reference court, therefore it is contempt of court as per law and it shall be punishable accordance with Law." 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 3.

Let the District Collector, Latur respond to the representation dated 21.09.2023 and the Response be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of 90 days from today. If the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed, they are at liberty to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in Law.
