The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that within 6 months the Committee would decide the validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner. The said statement is accepted.

Till the validation proceedings are decided by the Committee, the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting his further studies only on the ground that the validation

Of-course, the respondents can take further course of action in tune with the judgment delivered by the Committee in validation proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
