PER COURT :- Heard Shri A.P.Khedkar, learned Counsel for the applicant and Shri A.G.Choudhari, learned Counsel for respondent No.3. Perused the impugned Judgment and award and grounds of objection raised in exception to the said award. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount alognwith interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II) Balance 30% amount be invested in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

III) Civil application No.2312 of 2019 stands disposed of.

IV) List the application for condonation of delay alongwith application for stay on 20.02.2019. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) SPT
