The Applicant prays for condonation of 40 days delay while seeking the recalling of the order of this Court dated 20.09.2017 by which, the Writ Petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The learned Advocate for the Non Applicants opposes the application. In the alternative, he submits that heavy costs may be imposed and the costs may be donated to the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 40 days is condoned and the Writ Petition shall stand restored after compliance of the following

*2* 909ca403o18 directions:- (a) The Applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 02.02.2018. (b) All office objections shall be removed on or before 02.02.2018.

(c) If either of the above directions is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of this Court dated 20.09.2017 shall stand restored.

(d) After compliance of the above directions, list the Writ Petition for admission in the supplementary board on 06.02.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
