It appears that in terms of the order passed in this Civil application dated 7.12.2019, the amount of Rs.1.25 lakh came to be deposited on 17.12.2019 and remaining amount has also been deposited on 8.1.2020. Thus, in terms of the order dated 15.11.2019 the offce is not required to place the matter for hearing of the contempt petition as directed in paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the order. Civil application accordingly disposed off.
