The petitioner has been recommended for a contractual appointment as a 'Assistant Programme Officer' under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MANREGA) and the matter is resting with the respondents in the form of proposal forwarded by the Deputy C.E.O., Zilla parishad, Latur dated 09.05.2024 (Exhibit E).
