The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, an order dated 23.11.2018 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar is under challenge in this writ petition. The suit was filed by the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Now, the respondents have withdrawn the said suit. The Court passed an order to that effect on 24.02.2022 in Special Civil Suit No. 46/2015. The learned advocate thus, on instructions, submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous and prays for disposal of the petition as infructuous. He has placed on
