The Petitioner has retired. His pensionary benefits have got stuck with the Zilla Parishad/employer because of an error in the spelling of his father. The Petitioner claims to carry the name, Ramesh "Sukhadev" Shisode and his record indicates his name as Ramesh Sukdev Shisode.

Since the official record carries the Petitioner's name as Ramesh Sukdev Shisode, he wants the mistake to be corrected so that his father's name will be correctly spelled as 'Sukhadev'.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the entire record would be perused and if it appears to be a mistake and there is no dispute as regards the identification of the Petitioner, appropriate orders will be passed within 45 days. 3.

By recording the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
