Learned counsel Mr. Tambe, appearing on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2 states that Scheduled Tribe Certificate Veritifcation Committee would be able to take decision in respect of tribe claim of petitioner by middle of November, 2020. It has further been referred to that there are lot of matters which are to be given priority, particularly those of NEET and JEE.

Having regard to aforesaid, we expect that as per the instructions to learned counsel Mr. Tambe, the Committee would abide by afore instructions to the learned counsel and dispose of tribe claim of petitioner by middle of November, 2020. 3.
