Mr. S.B. Pulkundwar, Advocate waives notice for respondent No.5.

Learned advocate for petitioner is now restricting his prayer to prayer clause (D), which reads thus :- "D. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 may kindly be directed to decide the proposals forwarded by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 dated 12.04.2017, 02.12.2019 and 24.06.2022 in respect of petitioner No.2 School for permission to 2nd to 5th standard classes on no grant basis, as the permissions are granted in case of similarly situated schools, who have started by the same order dated 24.06.2004."

Proposals are pending which were given by respondent No.2 school before the respondent No.4.

We direct the respondent No.4 to scrutinize/verify the proposal dated 12.04.2017, 02.12.2019 and 24.6.2022 and process the same within a period of two months from today, if he has not taken decision on the same.
