We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.Kadam, learned counsel for the Education Officer and Mr.Bhavthankar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

It is submitted that the proposal submitted for seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is not yet decided.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page 26) is pending then the Respondent Education Officer, shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months.
