2] All these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Dhule to consider the prayer of the petitioners for payment of amount of Gratuity, amount of leave encashment, difference of salary as per the Sixth Pay Commission, difference of salary and suspension allowance and revision of pension etc. and take a decision, as expeditiously as possible, keeping in view the representations made by the petitioners, however, within a period

3 6-wp123.odt of eight weeks from today. If the petitioners are found entitled to get the said amounts, the amounts be disbursed to them within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The entire exercise be completed within five months.

3] It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merit of the case of the petitioners and it is for the concerned authority to take the decision keeping in view the relevant Rules.

4] Needless to observe that the concerned authority would be at liberty to hear the petitioners before taking the decision. The decision so taken by the concerned authority be communicated to the petitioners.

5] The parties to act on authenticated copies of this order.
