The order dated 31.08.2023, passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.825 of 2018 with connected matters, is sought to be recalled.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the order dated 31.08.2023, this Court recollects that the said order was passed on the basis of what were the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties. The order was dictated in the open Court. If the applicants find the respondent - Institution to have made a statement that they would clear or pay the current and accruing salary in terms of the recommendations of the Sixth-Pay Commission, the order dated 21.02.2018, passed in Writ Petition No.6004 of 2017, may be put to execution, if so advised; or the applicants may come with a fresh petition.

In view of the above, both the Civil Applications stand rejected.
