Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the State.

Mr. Bhausaheb Bhikan Chavan, Incharge Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad, Division Aurangabad, is present in person, as per order of this Court.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the so-called proposal dated 02.03.2022 was not received by his office. Action has been taken against the concerned Clerk for issuing an acknowledgment. It has also been argued that the forged document has been created.

As per direction of this Court, he has also produced the details of proposals and decision. We find that there is no quick and prompt decision on the proposals forwarded to him. 5.

The learned A.G.P. submits that henceforth respondent No.2 and his office would dispose of such proposal within two months from its receipt.

Considering the facts of the case, we decline to pass an order as prayed for. Hence, on instructions, leave granted to withdraw the petition.
