In this petition, the issue was with regard to the objection under Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure. By the impugned order dated 06/09/2017, the Trial Court has concluded that it has jurisdiction to decide the suit. 2.

In view of the amendment introduced by the Maharashtra Ordinance No. XVIII of 2018, on 27/06/2018, Section 9-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, has now been deleted and as such, the objections with regard to such jurisdictional issue are to be dealt with under Order XIV, Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Considering the above, this petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed off.
