The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.6 - the contesting complainant concedes to the petition and submits that the impugned order passed by the learned Collector be set aside and the matter be heard afresh by framing specific charges and by calling upon the petitioner to submit an explanation for non-holding of the Gram Sabha and monthly Sabha, and by calling for a specific explanation in that regard. 3.

Considering the above submission, the impugned orders are set aside and the matter is remitted back for fresh adjudication. 4.

The parties shall appear before the learned Collector on 06/01/2026 so as to enable the Collector to fix further dates in the matter. The Collector shall decide the matter expeditiously and in accordance with law. 5.
