9.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) For the reasons set-out in the Civil Application, the order dated 16.11.2017 is recalled and civil revision application is hereby restored.

2) The office objections regarding supply of certified copy is waived since, the applicant has now produced a communication from the Sub-Divisional Officer that there was a theft in the office and therefore, it is not possible to furnish yet another certified copy. The

( 2 ) 928-CA 186 of 2018 communication from the Sub-Divisional Officer dated 17.11.2017 is taken on board.

3) If, there are any other objections, the applicant to clear the same within four weeks from today. If, there are no office objections, the matter will be processed further and placed for admission/order.

4) The civil application is disposed of.
