The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions, that the impugned order permitting impleadment of Sumanbai as a defendant in RCS No.224 of 2009, has already been implemented and Sumanbai has already filed her written statement and also commenced the cross-examination of the plaintiff. The petitioner, therefore, prays that this petition may be disposed off by keeping all contentions open.
