We have heard Mr. Vitthal G.Salgare learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No.1 and 2 and Mr. Khandare, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. 2.

The parties are adidem that the present matter is covered by the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court passed in the case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., reported in 2014 (6) Mh.L.J., 438.

3. In the light of above, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the Judgment of this Court passed in case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors (supra).

4. The decision shall be taken by the respondents within three months in tune with the Judgment of this Court in case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors (supra).
