This Court has disposed of Writ Petition No. 10419 of 2014 vide order dated 05.08.2015. Relevant part of the said order reads as under : "4.
We have heard learned counsel for the Respondents. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are required to fill in the post as per the advertisement. The Respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall consider the objections of the petitioner of he belonging to ST category and the post of Welder being available from ST category, so also shall consider the case of Respondent No.5, who has applied from SC category and the post available for SC category. The Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall take decision in this regard expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months."

Vide said order, we had directed the present applicants to consider
ca1877.16 -2the objection of the petitioner of he belonging to ST category and the post of Welder being available from ST category, so also, to consider the case of respondent No.5, who had applied from SC category and the post available for SC category.

We have heard Mr. Bagul, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for respondent No.1. 4.
In the order dated 05.08.2015, we have not given any finding as to a particular post being reserved for a particular category. We have directed the present applicants to consider objection of the petitioner i.e. the contention of the petitioner and take decision upon the same. In fact, the applicants were required to take decision within two (02) months from the date of said order. Much time has already lost. 5.
The order passed in Writ petition No. 10419 of 2014 is explicitly clear. No further orders are necessary in the present civil application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) ( S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ) vre/
