The petitioner is challenging the rejection of the application for regularization of encroachment.

The petitioner has already filed Civil Suit claiming to be the owner of the said property. His application for injunction is rejected. Appeal is dismissed and he has filed writ petition which is pending before this Court.

In view of the fact that the civil proceedings are already filed and pending, it would not be appropriate to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner may seek relief in pending writ petition as may be permissible in law and if he is entitled to. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
