1] Both these applications can be disposed of by this common order.

2] Criminal Application No. 6967 of 2015 was filed for quashing F.I.R. No. 160 of 2015 registered at Chandanjira police station, District Jalna for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

crap6967.15 3] The complainant is now before this court and has filed an affidavit that he has settled the dispute with the applicants/accused and he does not want to proceed with the case. The compromise is also written and is submitted before us.

4] In view of this, Application No. 6967 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
