The petitioner has recently filed the validation proceeding in July 2019. It is submitted that the petitioner is prosecuting studies in the 12th standard and wants to explore the admission to the professional course for the academic year 2020-2021.

Considering the aforesaid exigency, the respondent No. 2 / committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by 30.04.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 06.12.2019. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
