Mr. Biradar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had pursuant to the advertisement of the respondents applied for the post of Electric Assistant.

In view of the decision taken by respondent/Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited dated 20.7.2018, the learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to keep all the contentions open and to

wp14413.17 file fresh petition if occasion arises.

The prayer is accepted. We expect respondent/Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited to take further steps in pursuance to the decision taken on 20.7.2018, as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than four weeks from today.
