We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that since 09.01.2019 the proceedings have not travelled further. The Joint Charity Commissioner be directed to dispose of the Enquiry Application No. 127/2018 expeditiously. 2.

Naturally when an Enquiry Application is pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner, the same would be taken to its logical end by the Authority. The petitioner may file an application with the Joint Charity Commissioner for deciding the same expeditiously and for taking further steps.
