Learned counsel Mr. Thigle submits that a settlement has now taken place between respondent No. 3-wife and her husband, Ashwanilsingh Anilsingh Pawar. However, it appears that the said husband has not been made a petitioner or party to the Criminal Writ Petition No.599 of 2023. It further appears that they have also obtained a decree of divorce from the competent court, a copy of which is annexed to the application. In view of the same and for the effective disposal of this petition, the application stands allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. 5.

Learned counsel, holding for Mr. Dhage, for respondent No. 3, undertakes to file a formal affidavit of respondent No. 3 regarding the amicable settlement between the parties.
